I offer general administrative business support that covers a variety of areas that most small businesses manage at some level. I also provide social media assistance to include re-purposing content to your social media channels to keep your presence relevant and consistent. I have experience supporting bookkeeper/accounting clients to pull timecard data and populate client invoices. If you don't see the service you need, let me know. I add new services specific to client needs all the time, and I am a quick learner.

PAYMENT PLANS
Effective Virtual Assistance, LLC works on a prepaid retainer basis or by the hour. Hiring on a monthly retainer is a great way to ensure budget funds effectively while purchasing hours as needed gives additional flexibility when you need more or less support.

Retainer Details
Retainers start at 10 hours per month minimum. Payment is due up front, in full, via credit card on the first of the month.
Overage from the previous month will be billed with the retainer payment.
The minimum billing increment is 15 minutes.
*Remember, you are not paying for down-time, lunches, benefits or equipment!

By the Hour
Hours must be paid for in advance.
A payment link will be emailed to you. Open the link and pay for 5 or 10 hours as outlined in the payment request.
Every week you will receive a update on time used along with a link to purchase additional support hours.
No work will be done if your hours run out and you do not purchase more in advance.

Getting Started
Set up a time to discuss your needs and determine if my services are a good fit for both parties.
Decide on the payment plan that works for your needs.
Sign the new client agreement along with a credit card authorization form - you will only be charged automatically if you select a retainer plan.
Call to discuss initial tasks, communication preferences, email setup, etc. That's it! For the first couple of months, I will keep you informed of the status of your hours on a regular basis as we learn the time it takes to complete tasks.
