PAYMENT PLANS
Effective Virtual Assistance, LLC works on a prepaid retainer basis or by the hour. Hiring on a monthly retainer is a great way to ensure budget funds effectively while purchasing hours as needed gives additional flexibility when you need more or less support.

Retainer Details
Retainers start at 10 hours per month minimum. Payment is due up front, in full, via credit card on the first of the month.
Overage from the previous month will be billed with the next month's retainer payment.
The minimum billing increment is 15 minutes.
*Remember, you are not paying for down-time, lunches, benefits or equipment!

NEW: Pay-as-you-go Hours
This plan does not follow a monthly billing schedule. Hours still must be paid for in advance for work to be done.
A payment link will be emailed to you. Open the link and pay for a block of 5 or 10 hours.
Every week you will receive a update on time used along with a link to purchase additional support hours.
PLEASE NOTE: No work will be done if your hours run out and you do not purchase more in advance.

Getting Started
Set up a time to discuss your needs and determine if my services are a good fit for both parties.
Decide on the payment plan that works for your needs.
Sign the new client agreement along with a credit card authorization form - you will only be charged automatically if you select a retainer plan.
Call to discuss initial tasks, communication preferences, email setup, etc. That's it! We'll work together to ensure you have the hours needed to complete tasks going forward.
